Privacy Policy

My training as a psychologist makes me extremely sensitive to and concerned about confidentiality.

Any information you send me via e-mail, give me over the telephone or in person will be held in the strictest of confidence. No personal information, and that includes your name or e-mail address will be disclosed to a third party, unless specifically authorized by you.

The only circumstances under which I will be compelled to break confidentiality include:

• Preservation of life (yours or someone else's)
• Presentation of a court-ordered document for records
• Evidence, even suspicion of child or elder abuse
